Situation for the U.S.: 

Until recently, my shop was based in the U.S. since this is were my first shipping assistant is, but because of uncertainty around tariffs, I'm currently working with a different shipping assistant who ships from Mexico

Regarding shipments from Mexico to the United States, as of the date of this update (September 12, 2025), the United States is not currently accepting packages from Correos de México. For this reason, all orders addressed to the U.S. will be held by us until further notice. By placing an order, you agree that your package will be shipped as soon as shipping to the U.S. becomes available again, which means it may remain with us for an indefinite period of time.

That said, my assistant and I have found an alternative shipping method that may allow us to send some packages to the U.S., until regular shipping is available.
However, this option is available to few packages at a time and we prioritize the pre-orders made before the restrictions, so we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped through this method soon.

We will nonetheless do our best to send your package as quickly as possible, and hope to continue this method until regular shipping is back so your package won't be stuck for months.


Overall please be patient as we try to work our way around the shipping situation, you will be notified and receive a tracking number once we manage to ship to you!

Combining orders:

If you purchased a pre-order in the previous batch that has not yet been shipped because of the restrictions, you may combine it with your new order so both can be sent together. To do this, please send us an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Order Combination” and be sure to include both order numbers so that my assistant knows to merge them

Tariffs: 


Regarding the tariffs, unfortunately, any changes in international trade policies are out of our control, and should tariffs be applied to the package,  it would be the buyer's responsability to cover those fees.
 
Please be aware of these conditions when making a purchase to the US, as we can't take responsability for any sudden fees
