Important note: This shop has previously worked with a shipping assistant based in the US, however because of the uncertain situation with the tariffs I am currently working with a shipping assistant in Mexico. Please be aware of this when placing an order. It will not be the same delivery times as previous shop releases. Our shop policies have been adapted according to the situation.

General policy:
-My shop has now updated to in-stock sales: For this reason, there will be limited stock for each item, unlike previous shop openings when we managed pre-orders
-Once the order is placed, the items can not be changed. You can not cancel your order so please be sure when you make it!
-Refunds may be provided for defective products, email me with clear pictures and a description of your situation within the next two weeks of receiving your oder. For missing or incorrect items you can also contact me so we can help you out!
-My shop is currently made for individual orders, not group orders

General shipping:
-Physical shipping and fulfillment will be handled by my assistant who is based in Mexico-My assistant will handle weekly shippings for in-stock sales
-Shipping is international. However, since shipping is handled currently from Mexico, we can not ship to the following countries: Israel, Haiti, Russia, Ireland, Saudi Arabia.
As for Colombia, shipping can take up to three months so please consider this before placing an order. We can not take responsabilty for your delayed package
-Neither I nor my assistant are in control of the postal service. We do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed mail. A tracking number will be provided so you can contact your local post office for any issue you have on this matter. For lost mail, please contact your local postal service before you contact us.
-Shipping times may vary, there is an approximate 2 to 8 weeks for international shipping. Thank you for your patience!
-The shipping cost does not cover any additional custom charges that may apply to your country.
